THE PROCESS - INSTALLING THE KINGSPAN WALL PANELS

The process of installing the kingspan architectural wall cladding commences once the building has been anchored and tensioned. Three wall panels per bay are laid horizontally on top of each other. The bottom two panels are 1000mm in height and the top panel is 600mm.

Installing the kingspan wall panels

The panels are bolted and fixed to the main structure and bolted to 170 galv steel purlin substructure. The KS1000MR & KS600MR insulated panels create a robust and secure exterior wall system. Base galv flashing and trim flashing seals the cladding to the foundation plinth and to the Sprung building.

The membrane is the attached to the top of the upper 600mm panel
